MAFS' Brent Vitiello confirms there's a new woman in his life in Instagram Q&A

Married At First Sight's Brent Vitiello has confirmed he's found someone special since his time on the experiment.

In an Instagram Q&A, the groom opened up about his dating life and spoke about his struggles with anxiety.

For months after they became close after the show, rumours swirled that Brent was dating co-star Ella Ding. The couple have since confirmed they're only friends, so it's no surprise fans were curious to know if Brent was seeing someone.

One fan got straight to the point and asked, "Are you dating anyone?"

Brent replied with a simple but solid nod, confirming that he is in fact dating someone.

While he didn't give too much away, Brent did spill a few details about his new mystery woman.

Another fan asked him what type of woman he likes.

"Blonde, green eyes and from The Shire," Brent said with a cheeky look on his face.

With someone new in his life, it means there's definitely no chance Brent and Ella are together, but the two still share a very special bond.

"Me and the home girl are good friends and we always will be," he said of his co-star.

"It's as genuine as it comes and that's how it will stay."

The 33-year-old also opened up about his experience with anxiety, after a fan reached out for advice about their own struggles.

He revealed that at times his anxiety would be debilitating.

"If I'm honest with you, there are days where I get it [anxiety] so bad, that I'm too worked up or paranoid to even drive," Brent said.

"You start to overthink every move you make and I know it's so difficult.

"Take a few deep breaths and just understand that it's in your own head."
