MAFS' Brent Vitiello and Ella Ding address persistent relationship rumours
Since the end of Married At First Sight and their breakups with their respective partners, Brent and Ella have been spending a lot of time together.
The two had a joint birthday party where their families met and recently Brent and Al flew interstate to visit Ella in Melbourne.

Rumours have of course started to swirl that the two are officially dating and MAFS fans love it. Fans of the show have even given them the unofficial couple name of 'Brella'.
So, with so much speculation about what's going on, the pair addressed it all themselves during a chat with Fitzy and Wippa on their Nova96.9 radio show.

Ryan 'Fitzy' Fitzgerald and Michael 'Wippa' Wipfli were a bit skeptical of where the pair were for the interview.
Both had dialed in and despite looking like they were in very similar locations, they confirmed that Ella was home in Melbourne and Brent was in Bondi.
"Are you guys still just friends?" Wippa asked.
"At this point in time, right now, we are just friends, right now," Ella confirmed.

But with so many rumours flying about the couple, the radio hosts tried to play cupid.
"How would you guys feel if we sent you up to Port Douglas for a weekend?" Fitzy asked.
"Just the two of you."

Pushing the matter further, Fitzy asked if they'd consider going on the holiday together.

There was no hesitation on either end.
"I mean I would. Why not?" Brent said.
"Yeah I'm down," Ella added.
Wippa said he "wanted to create the best environment to give it [Brella] a chance."

The radio hosts then got into the details of the possible holiday accommodation.
"I'll ask the question because we need to book your accommodation," Wippa started.
"Is a one bedroom villa okay? Or would you need separate bedrooms?"

In true gentleman style, Brent let Ella make the call.
"Yeah I mean Brent and I have had sleepovers," she said casually.
"So I feel like a one bedroom is more than OK."
The sleepover comment got Fitzy and Wippa — and the rest of us — very intrigued.
Now we'll have to wait and see if they do go away for what we can only expect will be a weekend full of romance being thrown at them.
