Every unfiltered comment and shock confession from Red Flag, Green Flag on MAFS 2026

It's Revelations Week on Married At First Sight but the experts saved the toughest task for last.
Red Flag, Green Flag split the brides and grooms, giving each participant a chance to gain feedback on their relationships.
MAFS: After The Dinner Party starts Wednesday February 18 only on Stan.
Only for some brides, the feedback was a little (OK, very) harsh.
Honesty was tested, flaws were exposed. Scroll through for every unfiltered comment and juicy confession right here…
Brook about Chris
As the name suggests, participants were asked to name and shame every red flag (and green flag) they saw in their partner.
Green flags: Chris wears his heart on his sleeve and he's very honest.
Red flags: "He's a handful."
Brook then brought up Chris' audition tape and his "ick" for "fake tanned", "clingy" and… "fat people"...
Brook about Chris
Jaws dropped, except for Rebecca's who "wasn't shocked to hear the derogatory comments Chris made about women".
"It's disgusting," she did say.
Relationship status: In the real world, Brook would "tap out". But there is a connection there and she expects Chris to step up.
Luke about Mel
Green flags: "Mel has the capacity to be empathetic, caring… and can have a very sweet pleasant aura about her."
Red flags: "It's been tough, I feel like I've really tried to make it work and I've gone nowhere. She's been pushing me away from day dot… like I don't exist."
"I genuinely feel like I can't trust her."
The boys could recognise Luke was in a "tough spot" and tried to cheer him up.
Mel about Luke
Green flags: "Where we are now, there are no green flags. None."
Red flags: "Because I don't have feelings for him, he's made my life a living hell. He's trying to be malicious to me every chance he gets.
She doesn't like the way he "sulks".
"He hates me so much that he's trying to find any reason just to be mean but the only thing I've done is not have feelings for him back."
Mel about Luke
Rebecca, Stella and Alissa weren't buying it. They know there's two sides to every story and when Stella tried to make her point, she got shut down by Gia and Brook for not being a "girl's girl".
"I didn't feel like Stella had my back," Mel admitted and as things began to heat up between the sides, Stella became the bigger person and apologised.
"I'm not going to lie, I felt a little bit attacked," said Stella.
Bec about Danny
Red flags: Bec mentioned her and Danny's sexual chemistry, which has improved and one more…
"Sometimes I think that he might think he's better looking at me," Bec confessed. "That he's short changed being with me."
Bec said it could be her "past traumas" talking when Gia interrupted
"He does give that vibe a bit," Gia scoffed.
Gia about Scott
Then it was Gia's turn.
Green flags: Her and Scott's communication, the sex, Scott brings her coffee, he makes the bed, he's very attentive.
Red flags: When Gia mentioned Scott's audition tape made her cry, Bec almost launched across the table wanting to know why.
Gia about Scott
Gia explained Scott didn't want kids and to be "paying school fees" in his audition.
"He forgot my daughter's name," she revealed.
Bec was quick to call Scott an "airhead" but Gia disagreed.
"She should probably worry more about why her husband's looking at me and not her," Gia bit back behind her back.
