Teejay fires up over single comment that had him 'seeing red' at the MAFS Couples Retreat
Married At First Sight groom Teejay has coasted along in the experiment so far but a single comment about his wife Beth had him "seeing red".
Teejay appeared on Today Extra alongside his wife and fired up over his co-star Ryan calling Beth "classless" at the Couples Retreat.

Ryan's swipe came after Beth got involved when Ryan's intimate relationship with his wife became a topic of open conversation among the entire cast.
"I think Ryan is the last person that can call someone classless," Teejay told hosts David Campbell and Sylvia Jeffreys. "When I heard that, I kind of saw red."
"I really wanted to confront him about that because it's going to be a cold day in hell before someone calls my wife classless and doesn't hear from me."
Beth also had her own opinion on Ryan's choice of words: "I just think it was really unfair," said Beth of the fiery exchange.
"I probably could have chosen a better word but that's just me."

It wasn't just Ryan's comments that shocked Beth and Teejay at the Couples Retreat.
Bride Lauren's scathing words also raised some eyebrows.
"Beth, Lauren walked away from your conversation and called the girls 'boring', 'bogans'. Did you guys expect that from her?" host David Campbell asked.
"Not at all," Beth replied. "She didn't want a bar of it and we just weren't expecting that reaction at all."
After Lauren revealed she wanted to leave the experiment, the other brides questioned Lauren's true intentions.
Lauren was less than impressed by their opinions.
"It really took us back. We were really shocked," Beth went on.
Beth explained after seeing Lauren distance herself from the group, they wanted to understand her side.
