A closer look at the MAFS 2024 brides' and grooms' tattoos and the meanings behind them
Ridge
Jade and Ridge went on a romantic holiday to Bali after the experiment and during the trip, Ridge got a major new addition to his back.
We don't want to think about how long the large lion piece took to complete.
If you look closely, there is a reference to Jade on one of the doves flying above the lion's head.
And judging by the photo on the left, we think Jade approves.

Andrea
Andrea won over hearts during Season 11 with her big heart and whimsical style.
She already revealed a slew of existing tattoos but now that MAFS is over she's gotten a special piece of ink in tribute to her MAFS co-stars and journey.
"To my beautiful MAFS family, my second tattoo of the day is for you," she said in a video uploaded to Instagram.
The tattoo was on her forearm and read: "Thank you for coming co my party".
What a sweet tribute to a special journey!
Ridge
Here you can clearly see Jade's name on one of the doves.
"It's a little bit of commitment to Jade," Ridge explained on Today Extra.
Jade said she hadn't returned the favour with her own ink yet but was considering getting a love heart for him.
Jack Dunkley
Since returning home to the Gold Coast after the experiment, Jack has unveiled a new tattoo.
Uploading this gym selfie to Instagram, Jack revealed a fresh ink piece that stretched across his torso.
The tattoo seemed to be of a moth or butterfly, perhaps a symbol of his transformation after MAFS?
Either way it was a great addition to Jack's existing ink collection.
"Ready to reset & recharge back on the GC.... New Tatt ✔️. New Stache ✔️. Back on the grind ✔️," Jack captioned the snap.
Timothy
Timothy opened up to Lucinda about his heartbreaking past experiences during The Retreat after losing both of his parents and his brother.
He admitted he's "definitely guarded" in life today, and in a flashback to when he was speaking to Mel Schilling before the experiment he showed off the incredible tattoo he got weeks before the show.
The inking is of a Tin Man, which symbolises his emotional armour and his struggles as he continues to build resilience as time goes by.
Timothy and Lucinda's relationship has gone from strength to strength, and showing his vulnerability at The Retreat only made the couple stronger.
Timothy
Timothy is pretty covered in tattoos.
"I had none five years ago, but now I'm covered," he said, saying it was after he got out of a relationship. "I've always wanted them."
He explained: "I've got an ace up my sleeve, my mother and brother who have passed away – they're on my arm.
"I've got a coy fish meaning good luck, and I've got a couple of angel wings that I have on my back."
He concluded of the last one: "I was pissed, that's how I ended up getting them!"
Tori and Jack
Following a shaky week that saw Jack grilled by the experts for his 'muzzle' comment and an inappropriate joke he made about Tori, the couple decided to get a permanent reminder of their relationship by getting matching ink.
We can't make sense of the timing either.
Tori soon explained the reasoning for getting the tattoo.
"It's just a bit of a f--k you to everyone," Tori said of her and Jack's matching tattoos.
The duo – who both have extensive tattoo collections – got inked with devil and angel cupids.
Tori got her angel cupid on her forearm while Jack got his devil on his inner thigh.
Tori and Jack were "stoked" with their tattoos.
For Jack it was easy to make the permanent commitment to Tori.
"We're getting along so well and we want to leave the experiment together and want to have a crack at the future together," he said.
"If anyone is questioning our connection and how we feel about each other I think this [the tattoos] will help answer that."
Tori added that the tattoos will be "a permanent reminder of one another".

Tori
Tori has an abundance of tattoos, which you may have seen on MAFS.
"My tattoos mean f--k all. I like them so I get them," she explained.
"The only tattoo that means anything is the one on my wrist, which is really terribly done. My best friend and I have a little tattoo and it's a literal half..."
She added she has around nine in total.
"I have a big one on my stomach and one on my hip," she continued. "
They mean nothing to me, I'm not a sentimental [person] it's just like... I like that, let's put it on my body."
Jack
Tori's husband Jack has many, many tattoos.
Like Tori, his don't mean anything in particular.
"I do have a few, I got my arm done, my leg done, a few on my body... none of them have a lot of meaning, I just like the style," he said.
"I've got some pink ink, I've got love hearts, I've got roses, skulls. It's such a unique individual thing."
Ridge
It's fair to say Ridge is a big fan of a commemorative tattoo.
"I've got a Filipino tribal sleeve, I've got a couple of tattoos after I made the Commonwealth Games, so it was to remember how hard I had to work," he said, the two-time Commonwealth Games weightlifter said.
He also whipped out this unusual inking...
"I've got 'thug' on my lip," he laughed.
"So if anyone's looking for a bad man, they know!"
