'He doesn't get it': Experts baffled at Jack's apology to Lauren over his 'disgusting' comment on MAFS 2024
Lauren and Jack had a score to settle, but what better time to make amends than at a Married At First Sight Dinner Party.
The last time Lauren and Jack were at a Dinner Party, safe to say things did not end well.

Lauren was willing to let the whole 'muzzle' comment go, and vowed to stop making fun of Jack's man bun (we'll see about that one).
Jack however, did bring up the comment on Wednesday night – only to apologise, in what Lauren called it a "very rehearsed Jack-style apology".
"I feel like we went into battle," Jack began as Lauren listened on the couch.

"I apologise again, the remark I made was disgusting."
Jack said he was "ashamed" by his actions. Seemingly, Lauren was not 100 per cent convinced.

"He was talking about the mother, and the cousin, and the sister and the dog's brother and how they'd all be disappointed," she explained to cameras.
But Lauren was happy to let bygones be bygones.

"I know you're sorry, like you said you've got a short fuse," she told him. "I've got a short fuse..."

What Jack said next however, made the experts begin to question his apology.

"There it is! Blaming the women around him," said John Aiken as the experts watched on.
"That really tells us that Jack doesn't get it," he added.
Alessandra agreed: "There's no accountability."

Lauren made peace with the situation but did have one thing to say: "I just have no doubt that something will be brewing further down the line."
