Tamara gets candid about her time in the MAFS experiment in a post on Instagram
Tamara and Brent had a turbulent journey together on Married At First Sight.
The couple had their fair share of blow ups, but throughout the experiment they managed to turn things around and keep going.
At one point she wrote leave, however he wrote stay, meaning they continued together and it was clear they had their struggles.

Eventually it all unravelled at Final Vows, when Brent brutally decided to end things with her. Tamara too wanted the couple to go their separate ways. Things kicked up another notch when Brent accused Tamara of texting Mitch as soon as they left the experiment, saying the bride was trying to pursue something with him.
In a candid post on Instagram, Tamara reflected on her time in the experiment and revealed why things turned so bad between her and Brent.
"I would like to reflect on my #MAFS journey. Arriving at our honeymoon I was so full of hope and positive about what the future could bring," the caption started.
"Outside of this experiment I am a completely different person, grounded by my family and friends inside my comfort zone, I'm laid back and fun-loving about anything I do in life and that's why I wanted to give this a go because really, I like to give anything a go.
"Unless you've been through this experiment you will never truly understand the struggle or toll it takes from being so far from your comfort zone and nothing could prepare you."

Tamara revealed what happened that turned things so nasty between her and Brent.
"When I wrote leave was when I couldn't try anymore. Confused with why Brent wanted to stay when we were not getting along, and the spark was not there," the caption continued.
"I became spiteful and my defence mechanisms kicked in. Despite what happened, I did try to get to know Brent and I did try to understand him or else why would this person want to stay with me? There was a lot to our story and always two sides to it."
The Final Dinner Party and Reunion were particularly tough for Tamara, after claims she tried to pursue fellow groom Mitch emerged.
At the table Brent accused her of sending text messages to him and she hit back, claiming Mitch had drunkenly called her at 2am.

The next day they sat with the experts to discuss their issues and the bombshell about Mitch.
Tamara shared her side of the story and explained what he had said on the phone, but the group turned against her.
"I've had enough. I don't want to listen to is anymore," Tamara fumed and she walked out.
It was a rough end for time in the experiment, but she isn't letting it get her down.
Sharing a post from the Reunion on Instagram Tamara is standing by who she is as a person and her story.
"I don't exist to fit in or to be liked by everyone. I'm me and I am happy in my own skin so that's all that matters right now," she wrote.
"I know my truth and I know I'm not perfect, so I'll continue to grow and change for the rest of my life #MAFS."
