'I don't regret it': Married At First Sight's Ella Ding opens up about every cosmetic procedure she's had done

Married At First Sight star Ella Ding has opened up to her followers and revealed which cosmetic procedures she's had done in the past.

During a candid Instagram Q&A on Monday, the 28-year-old beautician confirmed she'd had breast implants, fillers and Botox after one fan asked what enhancements she'd made to her body.

"Yes, I do have breast implants," she said, after the fan questioned whether or not she regretted the procedure.

"I got my boobs done when I was 20. I wanted them from a really young age, I had like AA boobs, they never developed. I don't regret them one bit, I love them."

"Other than implants, have you done any other tweaks?" another fan asked.

She replied, "I have. I've done Botox; obviously being in the beauty industry I was exposed to all that as soon as I got in there.

"I've done Botox in my forehead, my cheek, my crows feet, my chin..."

Ella also confirmed she'd had lip filler.

"So I last had them done about a year ago, and I only ever get 0.3ml," she added.

"I only get a tiny bit each time because I don't ever want to go too overboard.

"My lips tend to hold the product really well. Some people's dissolve it a lot faster."

During the most recent season of Married At First Sight, Ella was partnered with Mitch Eynaud.

However, their romance didn't last past the experiment.

While she may not have found love, Ella did walk away with something she thinks is much more special – a lifelong friendship with Domenica Calarco.

Recently, the pair revealed they had solidified their friendship for life with matching tattoos.

After attending at event for Sydney Fashion Week, Dom and Ella went to Sydney Fine Line Tattoo Studio where they were both inked with cupid angels that featured each other's initials.

Where the cupid angel is blowing a kiss, Domenica's tattoo features an 'E' for Ella and Ella's features a 'D' for Domenica.

On an Instagram live, the besties explained that the cupid was symbolic of the fact they met on a "love show".

Ella said "they [tattoos] last longer than rings" and her and Dom's friendship was the best thing to come out of MAFS.
