Brent and Al's bromance is the real love story to come out of MAFS
Not all the participants left Married At First Sight with the love of their life.
But many left with the experiment with a different kind of romance, well, a bromance actually.
The 2022 MAFS grooms shared a very special bond over the season. They came to each other for advice throughout the experiment, they shared outfits and they cheered Al on — no matter what mischief he was up to.
Brent, Anthony, Matt and Al are just some of the MAFS grooms who took to Instagram to share their appreciation for the brotherhood since the show wrapped up.

Brent posted a series of photos of himself and Al on Instagram. The grooms have now become an infamous duo — where you'll find one you'll find the other.

"Some bromances are real #InTheLifeOfBrentAndAl," Brent captioned the post.
And it looks like Brent has taken on the role of big brother in their bromance too.
In one snap Al is wearing one of Brent's signature double-breasted suit jackets. Brent is even helping Al adjust his outfit in one of the pictures.

Even though Anthony only spent three weeks in the experiment, that was enough time to form some lifelong friendships.
The 38-year-old posted a snap to Instagram with fellow MAFS grooms Matt, Jackson and Brent.
He reflected on how distance has separated them all physically but was adamant their friendship will remain.
"It's hard now we're all spread across Australia, love these guys. Lifelong mates," Anthony captioned the post.

The bromance was strong on this season of MAFS, with Matt and Al also sharing appreciation posts.
"I may not have found the love of my life in this MAFS experiment — but I have found friends for life and I'm so grateful for that," Matt wrote alongside a group picture.

While Al simply captioned a photo of the boys, "What are Saturdays for?"
All of the grooms — except for Daniel — seemed to form a tight-knit group this season.
They rallied behind Dion when he was confronted with the Carolina and Daniel cheating scandal. And they shared lots of laughs at all the Boy's Nights.
