The Married At First Sight Dinner Parties are back, and so is Martha Kalifatidis.

Every week we'll bring you Martha's thoughts and reactions to the drama from this year's Dinner Parties. As someone who's been through it before — and became iconic for pouring her red wine on someone at last year's explosive reunion Dinner Party — she's got plenty to say…

Except this time, Martha's not recapping the Dinner Party!

Instead, Martha's weighing in on the dramatic Girls' and Boys' Nights, and back by popular demand is her boyfriend (and MAFS husband) Michael, who made his debut Red Wine Moment last week.

As Michael poured himself a full glass of red wine — leaving none for Martha — the couple settled in for the action.

It wouldn't be a Red Wine Moment episode without Martha's take on the night's style.

"I don't like Drew's shirt to be honest," she said of Drew's flamingo print tee.

"It's two sizes too small," Michael added. "Good rig though."

Mikey's big "Boys boys boys" entrance did not go unnoticed by Martha and Michael (or anyone).

Over at the Girls' Night, "Stacey looks like she's sucked a sour grape there," said Martha. "Which is actually an improvement from her usual look."

When Stacey called Hayley a "bulldog", Michael wanted more effort from the insult.

"If you're gonna insult someone, give us something good, give us something creative — like, I don't mind bulldogs," he said.

"It's just lame!" Martha chimed in. "Lame insult for a lame gal."

Of course, Martha was all too happy to see the return of her beloved Ivan, who was last seen on the show leaving the experiment with Aleks before the Commitment Ceremony, following a Dinner Party where their intimacy was the main conversation topic.

"I mean, he is a man that can do no wrong in my eyes," Martha said when Michael asked her to rate his Boys' Night outfit.

"I feel like I'm always competing with Ivan, you know?" revealed Michael. "Whatever Ivan's doing, I've gotta try and match that standard as well, which is tough to do."

While watching this episode, Martha and Michael also talked about how too much action happened off-camera.

"I feel like this season there's been so much off-camera that no one understands at all what anyone's talking about," Michael said in relation to Ivan's defence at the Boys' Night.

"You're making a reality show for the people — hellloooo," said Martha. "If you start doing other s--- and you go rogue, then you just stuff it all up, you ruin the magic, and then you're left with a season like this season.

"So my advice to next season's people is: do what they say. I know it sucks, but in the end, it'll work out better."
