The star opened up about how difficult it was going to be without having Tommy home.

Especially after the arrival of their first bub, Bambi, who they welcomed earlier this year.

"As much as he would absolutely love nothing more than to stay at home the next two months and train at home, the camps are so serious that you just can't mess around," she said to fans.

She opened up about the "anxiety" she felt with competitive high intense training in the past. But now training twice a week, she has "actually been really enjoying it".
