Love Island UK's Molly-Mae Hague admitted she was "down in the dumps" before fiancé Tommy Fury proposed last month.

It was because she had a gut feeling "something wasn't right" with her partner.

The 24-year-old influencer opened up to fans on her YouTube channel yesterday, for the first time since getting engaged.

The reality star said her life felt like a "terrible dream" in a moving YouTube video.  YouTube

"We're actually going to Ibiza tomorrow, this trip was really not planned," she said in the video.

The trip was in fact very well-planned, as it would be where Tommy, 24, would pop the question.

While holding her six-month-old daughter Bambi, Molly said she had so much to sort before going away, it was giving her "serious anxiety".

She also admitted the lead up to the whole trip took her "last bit of energy".

"I feel like I'm in a terrible dream... it's been very real, you've literally seen the not so fine side of me today. I know I've been miserable, I know I've not been bringing energy, I've been a little bit sad..."
