In the video – which you can watch above – Tayla is shown standing on her front porch with a caption that read: "To all the kids that got told 'You just need to pay attention and study more and learn to concentrate' at school."

The star then broke out into a dance, revealing: "How is it finding out you are dyslexic and have ADHD in your twenties."

According to healthdirect, about one in 20 Australians have ADHD, which is a developmental disorder that begins in early childhood.

AHDH sufferers may find it hard to concentrate and may become hyperactive.

Meanwhile healthdirect states that dyslexia impacts one in 10 Australia's, and is a learning disability that makes processing language challenging for sufferers.

Since both conditions are usually diagnosed in early childhood, the 25-year-old was surprised with her results.

"But seriously I wish this was picked up on earlier," she captioned.
