"If there's anyone not being fully genuine, it could be Callum – just because what he says is different to his behavior," she said.

"No hard feelings, we all love Callum and he still has a place in our heart anyway!"

Maddy also revealed that she's recently discovered that some of the girls had branded her "boring" behind her back as she tried to pursue Phoebe's partner Mitchell.

"The thing is, in the Villa I could see that there was some distance," she said. "They didn't put in too much effort to get to know me.

Maddy said she wishes she could have stayed in longer.  Nine

"The comments about me being boring, they were a bit uncalled for. It's almost better that I was naïve to how bad it was at the time, as if I'd have known in that moment I probably would have been really sad about it.

"But it didn't last too long, and we all did get to grow a lot closer as friends."

Maddy added that she wishes she could have stayed longer to get to know Bombshell Mitch, but realised it was a difficult task once his ex-girlfriend Tina Provis made a grand return to the season.

"As soon as Tina walked I think everyone could sense that he really pulled back," she said.

"I certainly would have kept trying. But it's hard as well, because me and Tina did get along really well.

"You don't want to go against your friends, and it would have been a very complicated situation. Whether Mitch would have been able to reciprocate to his full capacity, I'm not sure."
