Moment TV host is asked to leave as cameras roll: 'Don't you dare ruin this!
As one of the world's leading LEGO® brick artists you'd expect Ryan 'Brickman' McNaught to be a great help to the competing contestants.
While that is the case most of the time it wasn't during Episode 1 of LEGO Masters Grand Masters of the Galaxy.
In fact, at one point the New Zealand team Emily and Sarah even asked if the judge could leave.

But there was a very good reason for their otherwise unusual request.

For the very first challenge of Season 7 of LEGO Masters, the teams were given 12 hours to build a contraption that could transport a ping pong ball-sized globe from one side of their table to the other in the most creative and visually appealing way possible.
Emily and Sarah created a conveyor belt up rainbow to transport the ball up one side of the colourful arch.

It would then race down the other side into the cloud below, then back up behind the sun and onto the next table.
Sounds simple, right? Well, not when Brickman is around.
During testing, Emily and Sarah were having 100 percent success.
However, when Brickman asked for a demo ...it failed. And failed again.
"You know what I think? I think Brickman is a curse," Sarah said.
Any team whose ball did not travel the course would immediately score a zero, so Emily and Sarah couldn't take any chances.
Brickman was banished from area! But not for long. Nine
With their superstition growing, the Kiwi duo wanted Brickman banished (just temporarily).
"Brickman, get in your cage! Don't you dare ruin this!" Hamish commanded.
As the LEGO gods would have it, Brickman's absence meant that Emily and Sarah's build was a success with the ping pong ball making it out the other side!
LEGO Masters: Grand Masters of the Galaxy airs at 7:00pm Sunday and continues Mondays and Tuesdays at 7:30pm.
