Fresh off the back of last episode's Boardroom firing, Lord Sugar's assistant Natasha is the greeting the remaining celebrities. This time she's coming to them via video message to brief them on the next task.

For this challenge teams must tap into their inner child because they will be writing and illustrating an original children's book.

The Challenge

The celebrities have not only been tasked with creating their own children's book, they must also perform their story for a room full of kids and their parents.

The audience will decide the winning team based on who has the most engaging story and performance. Oh it's going to be a tough crowd to impress.

Natasha explains the winning team will win $20,000 for their Project Manager's charity plus "a little surprise."

Turia Pitt is pumped for this challenge and says, "I'm actually excited for this task given that I'm a published author. I've written four books including a kids' book." By the sounds of it Turia could do this challenge with her eyes shut.

Jean Kittson, Amy Shark and Benji Marshall feel at home working with children because they have little kids in their own lives.

But it's not the case for all the celebrities.

"I think kids like me more than I like them," Darren McMullen admits.

Will and Woody say this challenge is "their bag" so they jump to Project Manage Team Collaborate. Team Innovate nominate Amy Shark, who as a newbie hasn't had the chance to be Project Manager yet.

Like we said before, being a boss means there's no time for sleep, so the teams work through the night on their story ideas.

As daylight hits the teams head to the classroom to bring their ideas to life.

Team Innovate comes up with the genius idea to write their story about a peeing dog named 'Puddles'. They storm through the task and finish their story. But there's just one problem, it's already been done before and a little issue called copyright halts that plan. So, it's back to the drawing board for Team Innovate.

After hearing A LOT of "no" from a paranoid Bronte Campbell, Team Innovate finally settles on a dog name that hasn't been used before. Introducing 'Whizz'.

But you know what they say, third time's a charm. Team Innovate changes the dog's name again, this time to 'Fuzzy'. Of course the last minute switch means Carla from Bankstown has to change all the images for a third time and she isn't happy about it.

Advisor Nick Bell arrives to see what Team Collaborate's story is about and Will and Woody think they've "nailed it."

"Essentially our story is about an elf that sprouts a tail overnight," Will and Woody explain of their story, 'A Great Tail'.

Nick and the rest of Team Innovate are understandably puzzled by the concept but after a bit more explanation everyone's onboard with their meaningful story about "being happy with yourself."

One idea Turia cannot get on board with is Willy and Woody's idea to name one of the characters Janine the Goat – a cheeky nod to advisor Janine Allis.

First there was Shannon Noll's goat now there's Janine the Goat, seriously Will and Woody, what's with all the goats!?

With the stories written it's time for the teams to hit the stage and face a very discerning audience of under 10s.

Team Collaborate tell their 'Great Tail' and while the kids are paying attention, the story is sprinkled with some slightly inappropriate innuendos and Janine doesn't look like she's a fan of her goat namesake.

Next up is Team Innovate and Puddles the dog, no wait Whizz, oh, sorry! We mean Fuzzy the dog!

Amy uses her musical magic to get the kids singing an incredibly catchy tune. "No Fuzzy no was repeated about 300 times," Ronnie tells the cameras.

Even Nick catches himself singing along to the song.

The Boardroom

Before we make our way to the Boardroom we check in with Ronnie and Beck's weekly tea time catch up, plotting against their teammates. This week they have someone particular in mind.

"I reckon I've got what it takes to win this competition, but right now I've got one person in my team that's standing in my way. And that's Turia," Ronnie tells the cameras.

Beck still thinks Turia is trying to sabotage the team and says, "It's like she wants us to lose."

Now to get down to the audience vote.

Team Collaborate win 13 votes, while Team Innovate win 15 votes. Amy takes out her first win as Project Manager and $20,000 for her charity. As for the special power she's won, we'll find out more about that next episode.

But as Project Managers of the losing team Will and Woody must choose the two weakest links in their team to face the Boardroom with them.

They drag in Ronnie because he contributed the least to the task because of a family emergency and also Turia because of her involvement in the story writing.

"Ronnie and I have been in the Boardroom before and it took us quite a while to rectify our relationship and I think this will be the undoing of it," Turia warns. And boy, she must have a crystal ball because the Boardroom is an absolute war between Turia and Ronnie.

Ronnie accuses Turia of trying to sabotage the team. She rejects Ronnie's accusations and brands them as "absurd and preposterous."

"I know in the real world I wouldn't have you working for me. I'd be looking over my back all the time," Ronnie slams.

"You are part of Team Collaborate, start acting like it."

Despite Ronnie's tantrum, Lord Sugar saves his place in the competition.

That leaves Turia and Will and Woody. But before Lord Sugar can deliver his verdict, Will interjects.

"I'm probably not meant to do this but I can't substantiate what Ronnie's saying about Turia," Will says.

Will and Woody put themselves on the line and say, "If you're looking for someone to fire, I don't think you can look much further than here." Talk about taking one for the team.

Lord Sugar is left with no choice, "Gentlemen, it has been a pleasure but you're fired."

You'd think that with the firing done the drama would be over, but you're wrong.

Turia tries to pull Ronnie to the side presumably to clear the air. But Ronnie isn't having a bar of it.

"Don't talk to me," Ronnie storms away.
