Exclusive: Jean Kittson blasts Ronnie Caceres and brands him 'disappointing' after he joked about dementia during a task

Jean Kittson has spoken out about Ronnie Caceres' behaviour on the show after being fired by Lord Alan Sugar on Celebrity Apprentice Australia.

The comedian said she was "disappointed" that The Block star made a tasteless joke that she had "dementia" in front of business executives during her final challenge.

"I didn't like what happened in the last task with Ronnie," Jean said in an exclusive exit interview for 9Entertainment. Watch the whole thing in the video above.

"It was disappointing, because before that I hadn't really seen that side. He really doesn't have to do that."

During the challenge, Ronnie had spoken down to Project Manager Jean while they met with executives from software company MYOB.

"Did you get that? Do you know how to spell that, MYOB?" Ronnie talked down to Jean.

He then continued to speak over her, before he joked: "Sorry she's got dementia" in front of the mortified executives.

"There's a storyline that goes... you end up in the over 60s and you're done for, life's over," Jean candidly said during the exit interview.

"The older you get the less heard you are, the less seen you are. That's part of a really big problem with our community.

"I'm really hoping that people just look at me and... I can still be myself. I don't want to have to take on this role of old lady, or anything."

Ronnie later apologised for his comments, and said he was being a "smart a--e".

When asked who should have been fired instead of her, Jean said: "Ronnie. He's not playing the game with integrity."

Speaking about her departure from the show, Jean said she had "mixed emotions" but was content with Lord Sugar's decision to let her go.

"I'm really happy to have come this far, and have so many opportunities to talk about Taldumande Youth Services and raise money for other peoples' charities. That's a really great feeling," she said.

"I was responsible. I went home. I got fired. I didn't assert myself enough. I think Lord Sugar could see that I had twice not asserted myself, so that's a lesson for me."

"I don't think I would have done anything differently. I've been honest, I haven't been mean," she added.

"Except not get fired. I would do that differently. What I take away from my experience on Celebrity Apprentice is that I just love, love making people laugh.

"If someone just laughs at something stupid I do, it's reminded me how much fun it is to try and find every fun moment in life that you can."
