British Airways meal fails to impress: 'Hasn't hit the mark'
A traveller has called out airline British Airways for a meal served to her during a recent flight.
Joeva Rock, who recently travelled to Ghana, was served a rice meal on the flight.
It was meant to be Jolof Rice, a delicious blend of Senegalese rice with tomatoes, onions, meat, vegetables and spices.
She was given something called 'Jollof Rice' and has shared photos of the meal, explaining she was less than impressed with it.
In the first photo we see the dish which seems to be a microwave meal and the second shows the dish misspelled.
She adds the caption: "Twitter, it's time I share with you the 'jollof rice' British Airways served on my flight to Ghana a few weeks ago."

Other travelers have since taken to Twitter to share their experiences with the rice dish.
"I had a similar experience when I took a Virgin Atlantic flight to Lagos, I laughed," writes one of the woman's Twitter users.
"Turkish Airlines Jollof, it wasn't that bad," another shares.
"I was served same from Abuja to Heathrow last December," another says.

Another suggests the meal was being made to look like the Gharnaian flag.
"It just clicked... They were trying to make it in Ghanaian flag colours," they tweet.
"Onion is cheap right now but rice is expensive," one person attempted to explain of the abundance of onion compared to rice.
"I hope you called police to ensure someone was arrested when the plane landed," another comments.
"Is that yam and palm oil I see on the left," another observes.
"Yess, y'all eat the one they served on the plane my condolences to you," one person jokes.
A spokesperson for British Airways has told The Mirror they agree this dish "hasn't hit the mark".
"We pride ourselves on creating quality dishes from all around the world. In this case, we agree with the customer that this hasn't hit the mark," they said.
