Playing out of position at fullback, ran for nearly 300 metres and scored the try that sealed a fine win for the Doggies over the Storm in the wet on Friday night.
2. Alofiana Khan-Pereira (Warriors)
The former Titan just keeps on scoring tries, grabbing two against the Dragons on a night not made for wingers, including one incredible solo effort in which he beat five defenders.
3. Bronson Xerri (Bulldogs)
What a performance from the enigmatic centre, destroying the Storm defence with his power running out wide.
There were rumours during the week that he may be part of a player swap - he's not going anywhere.
4. Tom Chester (Cowboys)
Stamped himself as a future Origin player with a dazzling attacking display in the big win over the Bunnies in Townsville.
5. Talanoa Penitani (Rabbitohs)
The 21-year-old scored two tries and ran for nearly 200 metres on debut - pretty handy effort in a losing team against the Cowboys.
6. Matt Burton (Bulldogs)
Handed in easily his best display of the season, running for 240 metres and was the most dangerous player on the park as the Dogs scored a fine comeback win over the Storm.
7. Isaiya Katoa (Dolphins)
At 22, he shapes as the next superstar NSW halfback when Nathan Cleary moves on.
Showed great maturity and game management to guide the Phins to a vital win in Canberra.
8. James Fisher-Harris (Warriors)
One of the most respected forwards in the league bent the Dragons line back time and again, carving out over 165 metres in the heavy conditions at Kogarah on Saturday night.
9. Reed Mahoney (Cowboys)
Scored a try, was dangerous out of dummy half and got under the Rabbitohs' skin as only he can in Townsville on Sunday.
