Woman dumped by date after he Googled her medication: 'I wouldn't want to go further'

A woman in the UK has shared the text message she received from a recent date that has left her stunned.

Chloe, who shares videos on TikTok as @bitchcraft444, went on a date with the man and thought it had gone well. She texted him the following day asking: "Hey, how's your evening?" and received a staggering following response. Watch the video above.

"Hey not to be rude and this is super awkward of me.. the other night was fun but I Googled those tablets you left on your bathroom sink (super invasive of me I know) and it said they were anti psychotics... you're not mentally ill are you?

"Just a turn-off and I wouldn't want to go further if so."

Stunned, Chloe responded: "You Googled my pills?"

He answers: "Yeah. Didn't wanna end up taking [sic] to another crazy chick and turns out you are. Couldn't even answer my question on whether you have mental illness obviously some gaslighting s--t right there. Goodbye Chloe."

At this point Chloe stopped talking to the man, instead sharing their text exchange on TikTok. The video has been viewed 7.4 million times.

Seemingly unimpressed with her choice to share their exchange online, he later texted: "Posting me on ur tt now lol. Grow up."

"Tell them that being judged by someone who violates people's privacy is a turn off to you, so it works out great that you never have to see them again," writes one commenter.

"He could have handled that conversation about 100x better. Yes y'all should talk about mental illnesses but NOT LIKE THAT," another says.

"Judging by his response he doesn't care about mental health," another comment reads.

Some TikTok users sided with the date, suggesting Chloe should have disclosed her mental illness to him.

"It was one date, [the poster] isn't obligated to mention her illness with someone that soon," one explains.

Another points out the fact Chloe has been diagnosed and treated for her mental illness, and is taking her pills, means she is far ahead of many others who haven't been diagnosed and/or don't take their medication.

"He was honest. And it's good he cut it there instead of leading you on," one claims.

"Dodged a bullet - a boy like that would never know how to treat a woman like you!!" another person tells Chloe, as another writes, "Cant believe he blamed you for gaslighting and got defensive after being super invasive and inappropriate."

"I'm so sorry this happened to you," adds another.
