Turns out Meghan Markle's dad also skipped her first wedding
In yet another instalment of the 'Markle debacle', it's come to light that Meghan's estranged father, Thomas Markle Sr, didn't even attend her first wedding.
Due to health reasons, Thomas had to skip the royal wedding in May, and has been very vocal about how much this disappointed him, as well as revealing other damning claims to the press.

In fact, Meghan's father and half-siblings insistence on talking to the press has caused quite a bit of friction in Buckingham Palace. Meghan hasn't spoken to her father in months, and there's reportedly an "aggressive strategy" from the Palace to shut down the media tirade.
But news he didn't even attend his daughter's first wedding has given reason for pause: if Thomas Markle Sr's relationship with his daughter was as important as he claims, why wouldn't he have attended her first, much lower profile nuptials?

Samantha Markle, Meghan's half-sister who has also been very critical of Meghan, wasn't present at her first wedding either.
People have been quick to point out that Meghan, her father and her half-siblings likely had problems well before the royal wedding.
In 2011, Meghan married Hollywood Producer Trevor Engelson in a small ceremony in Jamaica. It was attended by close family and friends, including her mother Doria Ragland.
Engelson and Meghan separated two years later in 2013, citing "irreconcilable differences".
As more details about their real relationship come to light, we can admit it's not looking good for Thomas Sr.
