The Duchess of Sussex is likely to launch her lifestyle brand As ever in Australia as she looks to expand into the global market.

Meghan will be Down Under next month for a four-day visit with Prince Harry, their first visit to Australia in eight years.

Ahead of their arrival, the 44-year-old has trademarked her As Ever lifestyle products which include jam, flower sprinkles, candles and wine.

According to Australian intellectual property office records, Meghan's trademark was accepted in June, 2025, under the description "fancy".

The brand has been trademarked across a number of categories that will eventually allow the duchess to sell more items.

The products that are expected to be launched in the near future include skincare and self-care products, bath and shower products, jewellery, furniture, yoga straps, pet feeding mats, jewellery, furniture and gardening tools.

Other trademarked products include podcasts and "educational seminars".

The duchess' series With Love, Meghan lasted two seasons. COURTESY OF NETFLIX

Earlier this month, the duchess cut ties with Netflix which had partnered with her to distribute her As ever products in America.

The brand has, so far, been available to US-based customers only and Meghan was said to have been frustrated by the streaming giant's "cautious" approach in distributing the products.

In April last year, the duchess partnered with Netflix to roll out As ever in collaboration with the series With Love, Meghan which lasted two seasons and had one Christmas special.

Reviews were terrible and the show isn't expected to return.

A spokesman for As ever said the brand was "grateful" for the partnership while Netflix said "we are glad to have played a role in bringing [Meghan's] vision to life".

A source told The Telegraph UK Meghan wanted to "move quicker" without having to liaise with the company over every decision.

"This is not their [Netflix's] world," the source said.

"Their focus is on their core product, which is streaming films and TV programmes. As ever's core focus is selling flower sprinkles and spreads. It was Meghan's call."

The source added: "Netflix was not set up to do what we are doing. It's a great streaming service but it's not a shop. The products are selling out really quickly and this has been an issue. We want to stock more, we want to move forward."

Netflix said: "As it was always intended, Meghan will continue growing the brand and take it into its next chapter independently, and we look forward to celebrating how she continues to bring joy to households around the world."

Last June, Meghan vowed to expand As ever globally.

She and Prince Harry will be in Australia in mid-April where are expected to have private meetings with potential partners, buyers and marketing executives.

They are expected to have engagements in Sydney and Melbourne and will be here as private citizens and not representatives of the British royal family or UK government.

Meghan will be the guest at a female-only weekend retreat at the Intercontinental Sydney Coogee Beach hotel, with tickets costing around $3000.

Prince Harry will be a keynote speaker at the InterEdge Psychosocial Safety Summit in Melbourne, happening across April 15 and 16.

The couple will "take part in a number of private, business, and philanthropic engagements", their spokesperson previously said.

More details on their itinerary are expected to be shared in due course.
