Catherine, 42, also wore a traditional poppy brooch featuring three poppies instead of the usual one.
While this has never been officially confirmed, it is understood the royal wears three poppies in remembrance of her great-grandmother's three brothers who died during World War I: Maurice in 1915, Lionel in 1916 and Francis in 1917.
The royal also wore a second brooch, a 1st The Queen's Dragoon Guards Brooch.

The Princeess of Wales completed her look with Bahrain pearl pendant earrings, part of the Royal Collection and previously owned by Queen Elizabeth.
They were gifted to the late monarch by the ruler of Bahrain in 1947.
The earrings feature a large round diamond paired with four smaller ones, three baguette diamonds and a Bahrain pearl dangling from the base.
