'Give him 1 star': Food delivery driver dobbed in by restaurant for unprofessional act
An UberEats customer has found a note in their food delivery, reporting on their driver's restaurant act that led to their food having to be remade.
The note even recommended the customer give their driver a low rating as a result.
"Hi, your UberEats driver ate lunch in our store when you order was already ready to go," the hand-written note read.

The note has been shared on Reddit's 'HumansBeingBros' thread along with the caption: "It's your God-given right to know."
What followed was a series of stories about less-than-ideal behaviour from other delivery drivers that could leave some customers feeling alarmed.

"I had a regular Uber driver who worked door dash as well and he told me how he would sometimes lie and say he couldn't find someone's house/ claim he was given a 'fake' address so he could eat the food," one shared.
"He said would also lie about knocking on doors and not getting an answer so he could keep the food," they continued.
"This dude wasn't broke, he was a proud grifter," the Redditer explained. "He used to scam people on Facebook marketplace as well. He always told me about these things like he was letting me in on this really smart way to make extra money."
Another suggested the problem of cold food could easily be solved by going old school.
"I just wish they'd get heated bags like pizzerias used to have," they said.
"By that I mean I wish UberEats or Doordash would send them a bag when they sign up to deliver. Make it a selling point for their delivery service."
One driver reported doing this and seeing their efforts reflected in the tips.
"When I was a dasher I purchased a $50 heated bag.. my tips were always average and then after my drop off I almost always had an extra $10-$15 tip added on. Good service pays for itself," they said.

Another driver said they "turn the seat heater on full and toss a jacket over top of it. It's usually pretty good at minimising heat loss.".
Another explained most drivers take on multiple deliveries at a time making heat loss inevitable.
"Lol, the reason the majority of those happen is because of stack orders, which the drivers can't always reject. Wanna know what orders get stacked? Tip so low they have to connect it with a decent tip order in order to get it delivered," they said.
"I had a driver stop and get food for themselves while mid delivery for me," another shared. "It's nuts like do they forget we can see them?"

One Redditor felt sympathy for the original driver, commenting: "Poor bastard has a right to eat lunch, surely!"
"Uber lets you pay extra for direct delivery. I mean I wouldn't I'm just sharing," another said.
"That's good customer service right there. I'd leave a good review for the restaurant you ordered from," added another.
