The reality TV icon attended the premiere of the second season of her legal drama All’s Fair in the Italian capital over the weekend, emerging in a figure-hugging leopard print gown with a matching shawl.
The corset gown is an archival piece, drawn from the Saint Laurent Haute Couture Fall 1986 collection.
The strapless laced bodice burst into a mermaid silhouette as it reached the ruby rug.

The outfit was styled by none other than Law Roach, the celebrity stylist perhaps best known for putting together Zendaya’s most iconic red carpet looks.
Kardashian played around with the matching shawl, carrying around her shoulders and even looping it over her head like a hood.

The businesswoman was joined on the red carpet not only by her All’s Fair co-stars, but by her mother Kris Jenner, who serves as executive producer on the Ryan Murphy-helmed series.
The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch wore a striking outfit that might look familiar to fashion lovers.

The black and white velvet caped gown, bedazzled with two diamante scorpions across the front, was once worn by Hollywood legend Elizabeth Taylor.
The actress wore the look to Grace Kelly’s 40th birthday Scorpio Ball in Monte Carlo, Monaco in 1969.

The garment has also made an appearance in All’s Fair, worn by Kardashian. The star revealed on Instagram that her mother had loaned her the cape for the scene.
“After Ryan Murphy heard the story of Elizabeth Taylor wearing it to Grace Kelly’s Scorpion Ball, naturally, he made sure to write an episode about [Kardashian’s character] Allura Grant throwing her own Scorpion Ball. I’m the luckiest girl to have borrowed it from my mom,” she wrote.
Also on the red carpet were Aussie superstar Naomi Watts, Sarah Paulson and Niecy Nash.
Paulson looked dreamy in a white gown with a beaded off-the-shoulder neckline, while Watts went for a graphic black and white look dress with a dramatic silhouette. Nash, meanwhile, teamed a voluminous black tulle skirt with a structured white corset.
