'Typical toddler': Adorable detail in this inauguration photo has parents 'smiling and nodding'
JD Vance's daughter has stolen the show at Donald Trump's second inauguration, completing her adorable outfit with colourful Bluey Band-Aids on three of her fingers.
The newly sworn-in US vice president was accompanied to the historic ceremony by his wife Usha and daughter Mirabel, three.
Usha, 39, stood by her husband's side while he was sworn in, holding Mirabel on her hip.

"She may be the daughter of the Vice President, but she is very much a typical toddler."
Another said: "I think the whole country can come together and agree that JD Vance's daughter sucking her thumb with those kid bandages on her fingers is totally adorable."

One X user said: "The bandaids on JD Vance's daughter's fingers are taking me out. You know there are NO cuts under there and they just needed to put them on her because she insisted and they needed her to behave."
"JD Vance's daughter having band aids on all of her fingers is something any parent can relate to," added another.
"The phase where a bandaid fixes everything. There was a time I couldn't keep bandaids in the house we flew through them so fast."
"And her cape coat is simply adorable," another said.

JD and Usha Vance are parents to three children – Ewan, eight, Vivek, four and Mirabel.
JD, 40, told Fox News ahead of his selection as Trump's running mate: "I love being a dad and Usha loves being a mom and I think we love doing that together. And that's not going to change, whether Trump picks me to be vice president or not."
The couple met when they were both students at Yale Law School and married in 2014 in Kentucky in an interfaith marriage ceremony that honoured JD's Christian background and Usha's Hindu family.
