Woman with dementia celebrates 65th anniversary with husband

Over the past few years, Ruby Coleman’s dementia has worsened to the point where she doesn’t remember a lot of things. 

But there’s one person the 89-year-old has never forgotten: her husband Harold.

Recently, the Virginia couple commemorated their 65th wedding anniversary with a sweet photoshoot that captured their clearly deep bond. 

Ruby and Harold, now 90, wed in 1952 and have five children, seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
