'It's a wig!' British MP's mocking of colleague's hair caught on camera
A British MP has been caught on camera mocking a fellow politician’s hair – mouthing ‘it’s a wig’.
MP Huw Merriman was captured on the live feed from the House of Commons pointing at Michael Fabricant’s long blond locks and making the aside to colleagues.

However, the owner of the bizarre hair, Mr Fabricant took to Twitter after the incident, which happened during Prime Minister’s Questions.
In reply to a tweet asking who the MP behind the jibes was, he replied: “It's Huw Merriman MP. I realise no-one knows him. A newish member, a little short-sighted, and who doesn't yet realise that PMQs are televised, bless. I know people are annoyed about his antics, they have been calling my office, but he'll eventually learn how to behave. Sweet.”

Mr Merriman has remained tight-lipped about the incident.
Mr Fabricant has previously admitted “enhancement of the follicular area.”
