In Pictures: The very identical lives of the Salyers twins Brittany, Briana, Jeremy and Josh
For many, having a sibling is like having a built-in best friend.
But the Salyers twins have taken it to the next level with their "twinning life".
Brittany and Briana, now 39, are stars of Extreme Sisters. They're identical twins who grew up doing absolutely everything together.

Together, the sisters built a mirror life that includes their husbands Jeremy and Josh, who are also identical twins.
They dress the same, live under the same roof, have joint events and even gave birth to sons Jett and Jax that are quaternary twins.
It's an arrangement that might seem unusual to some, but it works for the twins.

Taking it back to where it all began!
Eight years ago, Brittany, Briana, Josh and Jeremy all met by chance at the Twins Day Festival in Twinsburg.
A celebration of twins and multiples, Twins Days is the largest annual gathering of twins in the world!
It's reported the event attracts a whopping 2,000 pairs of twins each year. Some would say, they were destined to find each other.
In May 2025, fans got a glimpse into what these twin-tastic days are just like.
Answering one of the most asked question about the Twins Days, Brittany and Briana revealed the festival is not just for identical twins.
"Fraternal twins come too! It is for all twins and multiples!" they wrote.
And while many twins feel that dressing alike is part of the fun, it's certainly not necessary.
Sharing the video on May 4, Brittany and Briana wrote: "May the 4th be with you! ✨."
"'Begun, the Clone Wars have,' Yoda wisely said. And begun, the celebrations of twins and multiples have, too! 🪐🪐."
We're certainly seeing double here!
"So. Many. Twins." one fan commented.
"Wow! Twins Everywhere! This is Incredible! 😍😍," said another.
And here's Brittany and Briana with husbands Jeremy and Josh gearing up for Day 2 of the festival (in matching outfits, of course!).
Growing up, Brittany and Briana did everything together.
In fact they only separated once in their lives to go to different law schools, and if they had their time over they'd do things differently.
"It's a decision that we regret," they said in an episode of Extreme Sisters.
The identical twins always dreamed of a "fairytale future" that would see them marry identical twin brothers...
Enter Jeremy and Josh Salyer.
Brittany, Briana, Josh and Jeremy all met at the Twins Day Festival in Twinsburg, Ohio in 2017.
Brittany and Josh are one couple while Briana and Jeremy are another.
While they are separate couples, they approach life together as a "quad".
That included a proposal for four...
The twins get engaged
In February 2018, Josh and Jeremy got down on one knee and popped the question to Brittany and Briana.
It happened at the same time, in the same room and wearing the same outfits.
Which is exactly how the twins wanted it to play out.

Of course the joint proposal meant the ladies had matching rings.
Their rings were custom-made diamond double infinity rings to symbolise their entangled double life and twin bond.

Then came the double wedding in August 2018 in Twinsburg Town square, in what the twins described as their "dream wedding".
