Maniac

What: If you loved Emma Stone and Jonah Hill in Superbad, this… is probably not the kind of reunion you envisioned watching them in. But Maniac, the limited series directed by newly-appointed Bond 25 director Cary Joji Fukunaga, is still worth checking out. Stone and Hill star as two strangers participating in a mysterious pharmaceutical trial for different reasons -- she because she's disaffected and aimless, he because he's suffering from schizophrenia. They've been told the trial won't have side effects, but then things don't seem to go to plan…

Forensic Files

What: Full disclosure: I'm high-key obsessed with this show and if you love true crime you will be too. This show from the '90s focuses on a real crime each episode, and within 25 minutes you get the crime, the suspects, the forensic evidence and what actually happened (based on the evidence). There are even re-enactments. And if you get hooked, there are 416 episodes available for you to watch.

When: Now -- there are nine collections with at least 40 episodes each.

Lethal Weapon

What: This buddy cop action comedy-drama series is based on the franchise of the same name. For the first two seasons, Damon Wayans and Clayne Crawford were cast as mismatched detective partners Roger Murtaugh and Martin Riggs respectively, but then Crawford was fired from the show after reports of bad behaviour on the set. He's been replaced by Seann William Scott for the third season.

When: You can watch all of Season 1 now.
