Amanda Seyfried attended the premiere of her new movie The Testament of Ann Lee on September 9 in a stunning bejewelled black off-shoulder gown.

But the real star of the look was her Tiffany & Co Bird on a Rock necklace, which features an emerald-cut aquamarine of more than 32 carats, along with more than "59 total carats of round brilliant diamonds" as well as pink sapphires, all in a yellow gold and platinum setting.

It's value is estimated to be more than $US250,000 ($377,000).

The necklace is inspired by a 1965 design Jean Schlumberger created for the iconic jewellery brand.

It's been worn previously by brand ambassadors Anya Taylor-Joy and Oscar-winner Mikey Madison.
