Tiffiny Hall reveals time she was stalked in the street on her honeymoon
Tiffiny Hall has revealed she began teaching self-defence after a scary incident in Paris while on her honeymoon five years ago.
On Sunday, in an interview with Confidential, Hall recalled a terrifying scenario in 2014 where she was followed by a man and forced to take desperate measures to protect herself.
"I was listening to a podcast so I immediately took my headphones out so I could hear and I was aware," Hall told the publication. "I dialled my husband [Ed Kavalee] on the phone and crossed the road. I headed for light and didn't go near any abandoned areas. Thankfully I was fine, he lost interest, but it was the scariest time where I felt incredibly unsafe."
The incident inspired Hall to establish her own online TIFFXO program that combines fitness and self-defence for those that ever find themselves under threat.
But before she passes on her wisdom, she admitted to testing the moves on her Kavalee.
"Whenever I learn a new move I say 'Hey come here please' and he starts running," she told the publication.
Hall revealed to 9Honey in September that Kavalee's housemate predicted he'd marry Tiffiny hall before they had even met.
Kavalee was bracing himself to interview Hall when she was starring as the 'Gladiator Angel' on TV, when his housemate made the bold prediction.
"You'll marry her one day," the friend remarked.
The couple have been together for 10 years, married for four – and almost two years ago, welcomed their baby Arnold.
