Reality star Braunwyn Windham-Burke attempts to wed while still married to estranged husband
Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Braunwyn Windham-Burke has attempted to wed her girlfriend, while still married to her estranged husband.
Windham-Burke, 45, shared photos from her and girlfriend Jennifer Spinner's Las Vegas wedding on Instagram, where she and Spinner were snapped walking down the aisle and marking their marriage with a kiss.
Page Six has now revealed that the nuptials were not legal, given Windham-Burke is still in the middle of divorce proceedings with her estranged husband Sean Burke and has not been declared legally single.

Windham-Burke and Sean Burke married in 2000 and share seven children together. Windham-Burke filed for divorce from Burke in October last year, bringing an end to their 23-year marriage and 28-year partnership.
Now, Windham-Burke and Spinner, who have been dating for just seven months, appear to be incredibly loved up. They have been celebrating their wedding despite not filing for a marriage license to fully legalise their partnership, according to Page Six.
The pair shared the same images of their Graceland Wedding Chapel affair, with Wyndham-Burke writing, "It was the best day. I love you @hashtag_blehssed, I love how you love me, I love how you love the kids. Here's to a lifetime of living life to the fullest and seizing every moment !!"

In her post, Spinner wrote, "Happy 7 months. This seemed like a totally normal thing to do to commemorate the moment."
Windham-Burke also shared a photo of them kissing in front of the chapel, writing, "Crazy….in love. I adore you @hashtag_blehssed ❤️ You're my love, my best friend, the reason I laugh. I'm the luckiest girl in the world 💕 Here's to a lifetime of adventures."
She added the hashtags #cheerstogoodchoices, #happyvalentinesday, #vegaswedding and #loveislove as well as others.
Since their wedding, the pair have shared a multitude of snaps, with Spinner revealing the pair went for burgers afterwards.
Another snap shared by Windham-Burke shows the pair enjoying their first morning "married" at Starbucks.

Speaking exclusively to People, Windham-Burke said she and Spinner understand the wedding isn't legal, but don't mind.
"I know I can't legally marry her right now, as I'm still going through divorce proceedings, but in my eyes and my heart, she's my wife and I'm hers," Windham-Burke said. "We're married. It's like what queer people have been doing forever anyway. We're committing to one another and starting our life together. We got to get married by Valentine's Day by Elvis. How iconic is that? What a bucket list item!"
