Karl Stefanovic’s shock return amid podcast legal battle
Karl Stefanovic’s podcast is teasing a new episode just a day after a court hearing revealed an “irreconcilable breakdown” with his business partner.
The Karl Stefanovic Show’s social media account announced on Wednesday that billionaire businessman Adrian Portelli will appear in an episode at 5pm AEST.

“It’s the one you’ve all been asking for. Adrian Portelli AKA ‘Lambo Guy’,” the post read.
“From sleeping in cars in LA to building LMCT+ and becoming one of Australia’s most recognisable young entrepreneurs.
“His battle with the establishment, his move to Dubai and why he no longer trusts the government.
“Adrian Portelli, 5pm.”
News Corp reports Stefanovic’s team was surprised by the appearance of the podcast teaser.
The teaser comes after the podcast went three weeks without a new episode as a dispute over the company behind the show landed in the NSW Supreme Court.
The court heard on Tuesday that Stefanovic and business partner Keshnee Ibrahim, who each hold a 45 per cent stake in 123 Podcast, had reached an “irreconcilable breakdown” in their relationship.

Ibrahim launched urgent court action amid concerns she would be removed as a director, while Stefanovic has denied allegations of oppressive conduct.
He has agreed to buy out Ibrahim’s stake, and the court is considering how to value the business.
The podcast had been on hiatus since August 24, with its future uncertain following Stefanovic’s controversial interview with British far-right activist Tommy Robinson.
The episode was removed less than 12 hours after publication and preceded Stefanovic’s departure from Nine after a 25-year career with the network.

Portelli, meanwhile, has become one of Australia’s best-known young businessmen through his LMCT+ promotions business and headline-making appearances on The Block.
The 36-year-old was found not guilty in March of nine charges of assisting in the conduct of unlawful lotteries in South Australia.
His company Xclusive Tech, which trades as LMCT+, was found guilty of 10 counts of conducting unlawful lotteries and fined $40,000.
The newly teased interview is set to cover Portelli’s business empire, move to Dubai and his views on government.
