Rapper Chris Brown has to be rescued after getting stuck mid-air during concert

A fan has captured the moment rapper Chris Brown got stuck mid-air during a concert in the US.

During the New Jersey show on Wednesday, the controversial star was doing a stunt when there was a malfunction that left him dangling for several minutes.

A woman named Terri shared a clip of the mishap on TikTok showing Brown trying to gesture for help in between singing the lyrics to the song Under the Influence.

At times he just floats and lays back in between busting out a few moves the best he can.

Another clip shared by Terri shows Brown finally being rescued by a crew who brought over a ladder for him to climb down on.

The stunt is supposed to involve Brown moving through the air onto a smaller stage to perform another couple of songs.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Brown told the audience the mishap made him angry but he was also able to joke about it.

People who viewed the clip of Brown getting stuck also found it humorous but praised the rapper for handling it well.

"I like how he's just hanging there like an angry fairy," one joked.

"Imagine the chaos going on backstage tryna find the ladder," a TikToker wrote.

"the way he sang "I don't know what you did" was a cry for help," commented a viewer.

"He handled it well. Most artist woulda stopped and started cursing everyone out," another said.

The concert is part of Browns the 11:11 tour, which kicked off last week.
