Priscilla Presley reveals final haunting statement from Lisa Marie Presley before sudden death
Priscilla Presley has recalled a haunting statement from Lisa Marie Presley before her sudden death earlier this year.
Priscilla spoke about losing Lisa Marie for a cover story with The Hollywood Reporter about Sofia Coppola's upcoming film, Priscilla, which tells the love story between her and Elvis Presley through her perspective.
The 78-year-old revealed that Lisa Marie had complained of intense stomach pains just two days before she died suddenly on January 12 at age 54 of a small-bowel obstruction.

"I still can't believe it. I don't wish this on any mother," Priscilla told The Hollywood Reporter.
Priscilla revealed that the mother-daughter duo last saw one another on January 10, the night of the Golden Globes where Austin Butler nabbed Best Actor in a Drama for his portrayal of Elvis in the eponymous film by Baz Luhrmann.
Priscilla and Lisa Marie had gone to Chateau Marmont together after the show to celebrate.

"It was fun, a fun memory. Then we sat down and ordered drinks, and she says, 'Mom, my stomach hurts really bad.' We immediately got up and left," Priscilla explained.
The 78-year-old then recalled getting a call from Lisa Marie's ex husband Danny Keough two days later informing her that she had gone to hospital.
"I got right in the car, but she was already gone."
Lisa Marie was buried at Graceland in the family plot next to her son Benjamin Keough, who died by suicide in July 2020 at age 27.
Priscilla also gave insight into her and granddaughter Riley Keough's battle over Graceland which ensued after Lisa Marie's death.
"Riley is now the executor, which should be right, obviously, being her daughter," Presley told the outlet. "Riley and I are on good terms. We were never not on good terms. That was all publicity."

Keough and her grandmother spent subsequent months in and out of court after contesting Keough's inheritance of Graceland, Elvis' iconic estate.
However, on June 14, Keough became the sole trustee of the estate and gave her grandmother a US$1 million lump-sum payment as part of a previous settlement reached by the pair according to documents obtained by People at the time.
