Poppy Delevingne, 38, announces she is expecting her first child with billionaire with photo shoot

Model and actress Poppy Delevingne is going to be a mum!

The 38-year-old has announced she is expecting her first child with her partner, billionaire businessman, Archie Keswick.

Delevingne confirmed the happy news in a new interview with Elle UK magazine.

The model revealed she found out she was pregnant during the September 2024 London Fashion Week after her clothes felt tighter in a fitting for the Burberry show.

The star, who is approaching the six-month mark in her pregnancy, confirmed she is expecting a baby girl.

"She really is all I've ever wanted," the star told the outlet.

"I'm so excited. I come from all girls, we're very girl heavy. Girls are great," she said, adding she "would have been fine with either" a boy or girl.

Delevingne is the older sister of famous model and actress, Cara Delevingne, 32, who has starred in the likes of Suicide Squad and Carnival Row.

She also has an older sister, Chloe Delevingne, 39.

The star said her sisters were "elated" at the news.

The model showed off her baby bump in several pictures taken for her interview, posing in an open-buttoned blouse and jeans.

In one picture, the star sweetly held her hands in a love heart shape over her belly.

The 38-year-old remarked it was "an extraordinary privilege to be able to do this, to be able to have a baby at this age and at this time, and when it happened, I couldn't really believe it."

Delevingne shared the announcement in a joint social media post with the outlet.

The comments section was inundated with messages of congratulations for the star, including many well-know names from the modelling world.

"How exciting! Congratulations beautiful," fashion designer and socialite Nicky Rothschild (née Hilton) wrote.

Aussie fashion icon Lara Worthington said, "Awwww best news !!! Beautiful mumma."

Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall's daughter Georgia May Jagger, who welcomed her first child last year, told Delevingne, "Love you so much!!! 💜💜💜"

Delevingne was first reported to be dating Keswick in early 2024.

The businessman has two children from a previous marriage.
