Phoebe Burgess will reportedly get '70 per cent of marital wealth' after finalising divorce with NRL star Sam Burgess
Social media influencer Phoebe Burgess and former NRL player Sam Burgess have reportedly finalised their divorce and property settlement, after being married for four years.
According to a The Daily Telegraph source, the couple agreed on the terms, with Phoebe set to walk away with "70 per cent of their martial wealth."
Their property in Maroubra, in Sydney's eastern suburbs, was sold for $5 million. Sam and Phoebe purchased the house in 2016 for $3.8 million dollars, hence making a $1.2 million dollar profit on the property. They reportedly sold their home in late December 2019.

Phoebe is also reportedly set to keep a white SDVA Range Rover, valued at $100,000, as well as the F45 gym in Bowral, owned by the former Rabbitohs player.
The 31-year-old former NRL star has retained ownership of a two-bedroom apartment in Little Bay, where his mother is living.
"Sam didn't care about anything but the apartment for his mum to live in," the source told The Daily Telegraph.
Phoebe and children Poppy, three, and Billy, one, are currently living with her family in Bowral, while Sam has been living in a Coogee apartment with his younger brother.

Phoebe spoke with Stellar magazine about her life as a single mother of two, saying: "I had an idea about how I wanted them to grow up and that's not going to happen now. I'm just trying to make sure they're surrounded by love, regardless of how that family looks."
