Miley Cyrus' mother Tish engaged to Prison Break star

Miley Cyrus' mother Tish has announced her engagement to Prison Break star Dominic Purcell.

The couple has shared the news on Instagram in a post published on Saturday shortly after he popped the question.

"A thousand times... YES @dominicpurcell," Tish wrote alongside of photo of the couple's hands and arms intertwined.

Tish, 55, and Purcell, 53, went Instagram official in November 2022 and since then have shared photos of their relationship, attending Miley's recent album listening session together.

They also shared New Years photos in December.

A source has told Us Weekly in February: "[Tish] truly feels like she found her soulmate."

Tish was married to Miley's father, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, for 28 years, with the pair announcing their shock divorce in April 2022.

Billy Ray is currently dating Australian singer Firerose, real name Johanna Rosie Hodges.

Tish and Billy Ray are parents to Miley, 30, Braison, 28, and Noah, 23.

Tish is also mum to Brandi, 35, and Trace, 34.

Purcell shares four children with his ex-wife Rebecca Williamson.
