Margaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff file for divorce months after confirming split
Actress Margaret Qualley and musician Jack Antonoff have filed for divorce three months after confirming their split.
The Substance actress, 32, and Bleachers frontman, 42, announced they were parting ways in July after three years of marriage, much to the shock of their fans.

Now they’re making it official, with People confirming the former spouses have filed for an uncontested, mutually agreed divorce in New York State.
“Jack and Margaret are filing for divorce jointly,” a source told the outlet.
“This is a mutual decision. They share a deep affinity and love for one another, and though their romantic partnership is ending, they will absolutely be lifelong friends.”
The joint filing appears to confirm what the former couple have been saying for months about their split being amicable.
News they were separating first broke in July and Qualley was forced to address rumours that Antonoff had been unfaithful mere days later.
“The narratives running in the press about Margaret and Jack are categorically untrue. There are no trust issues,” read a statement from her rep.
“There was no infidelity or anything outside of respect and partnership in this relationship. They have deep love and care for one another.
“There are only two people in this marriage, and the sources who are talking to the press and commenting on their relationship are not people who know them. Please respect their privacy.”

Just last month, Antonoff refused to play a song about marriage while performing with his band Bleachers in the US.
“Absolutely not,” Antonoff told a fan in the crowd who requested the track. “Read the news, brother.”
He also recently told The Guardian he had struggled to decide whether to remove songs he’d written about Qualley and their romance from the band’s setlist.
“Songs which I wrote recently, I obviously was really worried about this specific thing,” he explained.
“I sat long and hard with it and thought, ‘If I change the setlist …’ and in my gut there was a unanimous jury that said, ‘No, this is the deal.
“‘The deal I’ve made with my audience is that I’m going to tell you honestly how I feel and I’m going to risk at any moment having to stand behind it for f---ing ever.’”

He added that he didn’t want to “rewrite the past” for the sake of his own comfort.
Antonoff and Qualley stared dating in 2021 and tied the knot in 2023 at a star-studded wedding ceremony, with guests including the likes of Taylor Swift.
Though there was some concern about their 10-year age gap, the couple seemed smitten and Qualley even starred in multiple Bleachers’ music videos before the marriage collapsed.
