Lamar Odom opens up about partying rumours and his hopes to reconcile with Khloe Kardashian
Lamar Odom has finally answered some difficult questions about his divorce to Khloe Kardashian and the recent reports that he's gone back to partying after his overdose last October.
Appearing at former teammate Kobe Bryant's final game at the Staples Center in LA on Wednesday, the former LA Lakers basketball star didn't flinch when Entertainment Tonight asked about his pending divorce from Khloe.
"We did talk, you know, everything is [up for] discussion," the 36-year-old says in the video above. "We talk about anything. We've been through a lot. It won't ever stop."
Khloe, 31, halted her divorce proceedings after Lamar's near-fatal drug overdose in a Nevada brothel. While they've stopped short of a romantic reunion, the reality star has been right by Lamar's side during his hospitalisation and rehabilitation.
However, recent tabloid reports suggested that Khloe was going forward with the divorce after Lamar was snapped drinking at a bar with friends in late March.
Plus, this week Khloe strongly hinted that she was "letting go" of Lamar in an emotional Instagram post.
So what does Lamar think of the claims he's fallen off the wagon again? He says: "It gets tough, especially if so much gets speculated. Only a few people know the truth, and I just keep that close to my heart."
As for his career, Lamar says his next step is to "get back on the court".
