This latest Instagram incident comes only a few weeks after an unapproved photo of Kardashian was leaked online.

Kardashian's team, including her lawyers and the chief marketing officer for sister Kim Kardashian's company, KKW Brands, went into overdrive to try and wipe the photo from the internet.

The reality star reportedly "completely lost it" when the image started circulating online, and in a statement addressing the Streisand effect-like scandal, said that while the photo was "beautiful" it was 'not flattering' and was taken in "bad lighting".

"In truth, the pressure, constant ridicule and judgment my entire life to be perfect and to meet other's standards of how I should look has been too much to bear," part of the statement said.

Kardashian later did an Instagram live to show her fans what her body looks like with no retouching.
