Khloé Kardashian says she is 'frustrated, angry, mad' as she hits the gym amid unfiltered bikini photo controversy

Khloé Kardashian is back on her daily routine amid her unfiltered bikini photo controversy.

Hours after she addressed the scandal on Instagram, explaining why she wanted all traces of the unedited photo removed online, the reality star hit her home gym to take out her "frustrations".

"Therapy time," the 36-year-old said as she shared a video, pre-workout. "So this is my therapy, and I don't anyone works out better or stronger than someone that's frustrated, angry, mad, determined... let it all out in the gym, and that's what I am about to do."

The video comes after Kardashian admitted the scandal was "too much to bear". In an emotional post, she explained that having an unfiltered and unauthorised photo of herself circulating online was damaging to her self-confidence.

Kardashian said she has been under "pressure, constant ridicule and judgment" since her family's reality TV show Keeping Up With the Kardashians premiered in 2007, and the photo was the last straw. 

"As someone who has struggled with body image her whole life, when someone takes a photo of you that isn't flattering in bad lighting or doesn't capture your body the way it is after working so hard to get it to this point — and then shares it to the world — you should have every right to ask for it not to be shared — no matter who you are," she wrote in her Instagram statement. 

"You never quite get used to being judged and pulled apart and told how unattractive one is. This is an example of how I have been conditioned to feel, that I am not beautiful enough just being me."

As Kardashian tries to move on with her life, her famous family and friends have rallied behind her for support. 

"Yes! You beautiful, strong, HEALTHY queen ❤️," younger sister Kendall Jenner commented on Instagram. 

Her mum Kris Jenner also had love, writing: "Thank you for teaching the rest of us to be kind and to not judge.... you are one of a kind.... what a blessing you are. You are a gift. ❤️🙏."

Meanwhile, Ariana Grande commented, "Love u & your heart," while Netflix's Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn said, "You ain't got nothing to prove. You look INCREDIBLE and we all know! 🔥🔥🔥."
