Kelly Osbourne says she’s in a healthier place after alarming red carpet photos
Kelly Osbourne says she’s gained 13 kilograms since fans became concerned over her appearance after she was spotted on a red carpet in February.
The former reality star, 41, admitted she too was alarmed after seeing images of herself at the 2026 BRIT Awards.

“I didn’t know that I looked like that until I saw the pictures,” she told The Sun after posing on the cover of their Fabulous magazine.
“When I saw them, I couldn’t f--king believe it. I was as shocked as everyone else.”
Osbourne clarified she was not suffering from an eating disorder but said she was struggling with the death of her father, heavy metal icon Ozzy Osbourne, who died in July 2025 aged 76.
Kelly recalled asking her dad for help and doing “candle magic” to communicate with him.

“My dad told me he would send me messages,” she said.
“It felt like everything inside me was dead, and I didn’t want my son [Sidney, three] to see me like this.
“I went to my dad’s grave with a white candle and I wrote a wish on it saying, ‘Please help me’.”
It wasn’t long before Kelly felt her dad’s guidance, the day after Kelly’s mum Sharon Osbourne introduced her to therapist and life coach Chris Miller, whom she credits for saving her life.
The loss of her father Ozzy isn’t the only struggle Kelly has endured recently. In March 2026, she split from her then-fiance Sid Wilson.
Kelly called it “the worst year of [her] life” but said while it has been painful it has also been “really beautiful”.
“I’ve learned that my grief is an honour, as I truly love someone that much,” she said.
In the interview, Kelly also addressed claims he’d undergone plastic surgery. She said that aside from having anti-wrinkle injections she has not undergone any cosmetic procedures.

“Trust me, I want to get rid of this and that, but I’m too scared,” she said.
“What if they f--k it up and I look crazy?
“This is the face that God and my family gave me, and whether you like it or not, that’s up to you, but I’m alright with it.”
In September, Kelly celebrated eight months of sobriety after she started drinking again when she hit “ground zero” after her dad’s death.
“I have the most incredible people around me. I closed my circle because I lost a lot of friends,” she said on the We Need to Talk podcast at the time.
“People don’t like sadness, and they expected me to be over it.
“And I will never be over it,” she continued. “I will never, ever be over it.”
