Katie Price's 'eyes have been opened' as new details about husband come to light
Katie Price has revealed new details about husband Lee Andrews and why he couldn’t return to the UK after heading to Dubai to visit him in jail.
The former reality star, 48, recently returned home after visiting him at the notorious Al Awir Central Prison, and declared her “eyes have been opened.”

Price also met up with his ex, Dina Taji, during her time in Dubai.
The former glamour model visited the prison three times, and on the third time, managed to speak to Lee from half-a-mile away on the phone over a barbed wire wall according to The Sun.
She said the purpose of her visit was to help Andrews, who is reportedly facing around an $188,000 fine to be released from jail, and it was during this time that he finally admitted to having a travel ban.
“He has a travel ban, he did eventually tell me. I said to him, ‘No one will bloody care if you’ve got a flight ban. It’s not a big deal,’” she told The Sun.

“The big deal is, you keep videoing, saying you’re at the airport, and you’re coming to England, and you don’t turn up.”
Price admitted she really thought he was trying to get back to England to see her, before he mysteriously disappeared.
Andrews is believed to be in jail over a civil matter, with confirmation that he was detained days after she pleaded for answers online.
Price said the last few weeks have been tough as she tried to get answers from Andrews, but it seems as though the meeting with Taji has helped her.

Taji reportedly warned her about the “conman” during their face-to-face meeting, which reportedly gave her some clarity.
After the meeting, Katie said: “My eyes have been opened. I just need some time to think. I still cannot end things with Lee until I’ve spoken to him, but that was a lot.”
Despite their relationship being on rocky grounds currently, it looks like Price is choosing love.
Over the weekend she put her wedding ring back on, declaring her love for Andrews in a post on her Instagram stories.
The change of heart from Price about their relationship comes after what has been a very turbulent time for them.

The couple tied the knot in January in Dubai after just a week of meeting.
But last month Price took to social media and issued a desperate online plea to help find her husband after he failed to board a flight to the UK to see her.
The former reality star was left in the dark with his whereabouts, with no idea if he had been kidnapped, or in jail, with little information known. At one point Andrews was officially listed as a missing person.
Then on May 27, Price finally confirmed he had been located, claiming he was arrested on espionage charges and taken to Al Awir prison.
Now, it seems as though the next hurdle will be for his release from the prison, which could take weeks for the paperwork to be processed after the fine is paid.
