John Cena made Nikki Bella sign a 75-page contract before living together

John Cena and Nikki Bella’s relationship may have been in trouble long before they announced their split this week.  

Evidently, the WWE star had his reservations about his six-year romance with Bella even before they moved in together back in 2013, just one year after they started dating.

Cena had so much doubt that he had the female wrestler sign a 75-page cohabitation agreement before she moved into his LA home.

Hmm, sounds just like the housemate agreement Sheldon Cooper made his friend Leonard on The Big Bang Theory, right?

"Although I do not wish to be formal, I do not want there to be any misunderstanding regarding your presence at the home as my guest," wrote Cena, 40 in the contract. "In the event that I ask you to vacate the home, you agree to immediately vacate the home and remove any and all items you have brought into the home as soon as possible."

The drama surrounding the legal document was aired during season one of Bella's reality show Total Bellas, where she expressed her concerns over the whole situation especially since she was referred to as a "guest" in the document.

"Is that all I'm ever going to be in [his] heart, is a guest? Am I ever going to have that permanent spot in the rest of [his] life?" she questioned on camera.

"I just don't understand it. I just don't know what to feel. I'm so confused," she said on the show about the cohabitation agreement. "It kind of makes me second-guess where John and I stand in our relationship. I love John but maybe he knows that he doesn’t want to be with me forever?"

Despite her concerns, Bella signed the document, and continued her relationship with Cena. In April 2017, they became engaged, though their recent split comes just weeks before their scheduled May 5 wedding.
