'So insane': Jenna Ortega hits back at rumours she was dating Johnny Depp
Wednesday star Jenna Ortega has spoken out on rumours she dated Johnny Depp.
Ortega, 21, addressed the speculation during a new interview with Buzzfeed when asked about the "craziest rumour you've heard about yourself".
Reports linked the actress and the 61-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean star in August last year.

Speaking to Buzzfeed, she said she found the talk "pretty hilarious" as she doesn't even know the actor.
''Probably that I was in a serious relationship with Johnny Depp, and I wanted everybody to leave us alone," she said when asked about the craziest rumour she's heard about herself.
"It's so insane to me. Like, I never spoke on that. I never said anything like that. Articles really do just make up their own quotes, but I thought that that was pretty hilarious.

"I was on set with Richard E. Grant, and he came up to me and he just said, 'Oh, so you and Johnny?' And I laughed because I… I don't know that person.''
Depp is reportedly dating Russian beautician and model, Yulia Vlasova.
At the time the rumour surfaced, Ortega reportedly denied it on Instagram, while Depp told NME in a statement that he "has no personal or professional relationship with Ms. Ortega whatsoever".

Ortega recently made headlines and thrilled fans for appearing in Sabrina Carpenter's new official music video for Taste.
