Harry Potter star Devon Murray expecting first child with Shannon McCaffrey

Harry Potter star Devon Murray is going to be a father!

The 31-year-old actor, who played Seamus Finnigan in the film franchise, announced that he's expecting his first child with girlfriend Shannon McCaffrey.

"Baby Murray — 14th of January 2021," Murray captioned an adorable pic of a onesie on July 8 (US Time).

"Awwww congratulations Dev!! So happy for you! You're going to be such a fun dad!" Harry Potter co-star Evanna Lynch wrote.

Scarlett Hefner, who also has a baby on the way, wrote, "Congratulations Dev!! So exciting."

Murray responded to the messages of congratulations on the post, and replied, "We're both so happy, excited and nervous and can not wait until he/she are in our arms."

The news comes after co-star Rupert Grint welcomed a baby girl with longtime partner Georgia Groome.

Daniel Radcliffe addressed the news during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live.

"It's also super weird for me to think that we are all of the age where we're having children," Radcliffe said on May 19. "But we definitely are and it's really cool."
