The collision between Blanchard and an unidentified man resulted in minor property damage, according to police.
No injuries were reported and no arrests were made.
The incident happened weeks after Blanchard’s ex-fiance, Ken Urker, died on October 1, his 34th birthday.
He was “found dead upon arrival”, the Lafourche Parish public information officer said.
Authorities said they were “continuing the death investigation”, but had “found no evidence of foul play”.
“Ken was an amazing father and a man who was deeply loved,” Blanchard said in a statement.
She and Urker shared a one-year-old daughter, Aurora Raina Urker.
“He will forever be my soulmate and my red string, a connection that time, distance and even death can never erase,” she continued.
“Above all, Ken loved our daughter, Aurora. She is a beautiful reflection of his enduring spirit, and through her, a part of him will always remain with us.

“I will make sure she grows up knowing how deeply her father loved her and who he was beyond what strangers on the internet chose to say about him. He will be deeply missed, forever loved and never forgotten.”
The couple had an on-off relationship for more than a decade after first connecting as prison pen pals in 2017.
At the time, Blanchard was serving her 10-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to second-degree murder in the 2015 killing of her mother, Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard.
