Gemma Ward welcomes baby girl with partner David Letts

Gemma Ward has given birth to a baby girl.

On Monday, June 15, the Australian supermodel and actress announced on Instagram that she and her partner, David Letts, had welcomed their third child together.

The baby was born on Saturday.

"Little Kirra we all love you so much," 32-year-old Ward wrote on Instagram, captioning some photos of the newborn. "Thank you for blessing us with your spirit. 13.6.20."

Ward and Letts also share daughter Naia, six, and son Jet, three.

It was back in January that Ward first announced she was pregnant, sharing a photo of her baby bump while at a beach in Byron Bay.

"Expecting a baby girl this year to round out our little gang," she captioned the image on Instagram.

Ward has been working in the fashion industry since she was 14, when she was scouted in Perth.

She made her Australian Fashion Week debut the following year and became the youngest ever model to appear on the cover of Vogue in the US, when she was 16 years old.

As well as modelling, Ward has acted in a number of films. Her debut was in the 2008 movie The Black Balloon. She also appeared in The Strangers (2008) and Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (2011).
